Shane Graduated from the University of Wisconsin- Eau Claire with a Bachelor in Arts in Theatre with an emphasis in lighting design/technology. Shane is now pursuing a Masters of Architecture and a Masters of Urban Planning from The University of Wisconsin Milwaukee

 

Shane has always had the drive to better the lives of those around me starting with my love of the performing arts, using light and scenery to help enhance the story of the actors, bringing joy, laughter, and deep thought to audience members. After 6 years in the performing arts all over the Midwest and East Coast, there was a craving for more design that was longer lasting and transformative for communities. That led Shane to apply for the Joint Master of Architecture and Urban Planning degree at UWM as I wanted to learn more about the people and spaces that shape the environment as much as how architecture shapes the built environment.
